V-ring
V sealing ring (water seal) has four standard structural forms, VA, VS, VB and VL. It is an axial rubber seal ring. Unlike the general rotary oil seal, the V ring relies on its elastic seal lip to form an axial seal. The seal lip has good activity and adaptability, so compared to other seals, it can compensate for larger deviation and angle deviation. The V type ring can be used as a non - pressure shaft seal on the surface of the rotating shaft and the bearing cover. The main inner ring of the V ring is fitted with the shaft and the shaft is rotated together. The conical sealing lip can prevent the deviation of the angle. The function of the V ring is to prevent the external contamination and internal grease from escaping. The middle connecting part can ensure that the sealing lips exert a slight compacting force on the sealed surface, so as to achieve a lasting and effective seal.
